LCG AWARDED TALEGA VILLAGE CENTER

Consumer Marketing Contract

COSTA MESA, Calif. – Hopkins Real Estate Group has awarded Lapin Consulting Group (LCG) the consumer marketing contract for their 108,000-square-foot upscale shopping center, Talega Village Center, in San Clemente, Calif. 

Talega Village Center is nestled amongst the coastal hills of San Clemente in the master planned community of Talega, which features residential units, a K-8 public school, championship golf course and business park.  The shopping center will complement the relaxed elegance of the surrounding community by offering an upscale mix of retail.   

LCG has already assisted in initial branding efforts for the shopping center and will continue implementation of a consumer marketing campaign for Talega Village Center that will include advertising, public relations, direct mail and the center’s grand opening.  The new marketing campaign is aimed at promoting the center’s offerings to the community in addition to driving sales and traffic to the center.
