NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., May 19, 2009 -- Judi Lapin, president of Lapin Consulting Group (LCG), co-presented an International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) RECon panel with Linda Crowley of Crowley & Boyce in May at the trade association’s annual convention in Las Vegas.
The "Rescue Efforts in Challenging Times" panel was well attended drawing from an international crowd of over 30,000 retail real developers, property managers, leasing professionals and investors on-hand at the annual convention. Session attendees were enlightened with strategies used by marketing and leasing experts to appeal to potential customers, stabilize income and occupancy and enhance property value.
