| Judi Lapin Serves as Panel Moderator at ICSC Conference |

COSTA MESA, Calif. – Judi Lapin will serve as panel moderator for the ICSC Western Division Conference which will take place in Palm Springs, Calif. on October 4, 2006. The session is entitled, “Shopping Center Mega Trends.”
The panelists include Blythe Jack from Rosewood Capital; David Bodamer, editor-in-chief of Retail Traffic Magazine; Richard Kuhle, president of Vestar Development Company; Al Corti, principal of The Corti Gilchrist Partnership, LLC.; Tom Rowe, real estate negotiator for JC Penney; and Michael Tubridy, librarian/research analyst for ICSC.
The discussion will focus on future trends in commercial real estate including format changes, retail trends, changing demographics, online retail development changes and opportunities.
Lapin, an ICSC trustee and 20-year industry veteran, is a frequent speaker and contributor to business journals, textbooks and industry publications that seek her expert counsel and input on branding and marketing trends across the retail and commercial real estate industries.
