With approvals in place for the addition of a new 18-story office tower to the established Two Town Center in the Costa Mesa Theatre & Arts District, CommonWealth Partners wanted to incorporate the proposed building into its existing four-building complex, promoting the entire project's outstanding amenities to the OC real estate market. With a longer term redevelopment strategy in mind and the need to create a new buzz in a competitive marketplace, the rollout of a new name, logo and identity package spearheaded LCG's rebranding of Pacific Arts Plaza highlighting its outstanding location and world-class amenities.
